If you are already a User, and have an account, with the Maltese National Registry Administrator, you may Login.
If you wish to receive information on the Union Registry or want to apply for a new account, please contact the National Registry Administrator at:
emissions_trading_scheme@mra.org.mt
or, on:
(+356) 21220720 / (+356) 21240290.
If you wish to open a new account in the Maltese Registry or wish to update an existing account (e.g. include a new Authorised Representative), please contact the National Registry Administrator (emissions_trading_scheme@mra.org.mt). Do not undertake any steps directly through the registry system, unless instructed to do so by the National Registry Administrator.
The authentication method ‘Mobile phone + SMS’ is only available until 7 January 2022. Please note to switch to the new authentication method "EU Login Mobile App with QR code".
