We inform you that from 24:00h 18th of November 2015, it will be not possible to make transactions of the ineligible units with original commitment period under the Kyoto Protocol = 1(CP1 units) between accounts opened in the Bulgarian Section of the Union Registry with identifier EU-100-XXXX-0-YY to accounts with identifier BG-1XX-XXX-0-YY.
